God has equipped each and everyone of us with 
unique spiritual gifts to help our church grow and bless the wider Peterhead community.
A number of people within Peterhead methodist Church have been studying the book Your Spiritual Gifts Can Help Your Church Grow to help us to discover our own spiritual gifts. Only when we know what our main gift and secondary gifts are can we more effectively use them to bless others and further develop God's kingdom here on earth.
In this very easy to read book Peter Wagner has drawn upon more than 30 years of experience in studying and teaching on spiritual gifts.

- Outlines how you can use your gifts effectively
Many of us believe we have talents and roles but too often we fall into the wrong role even in the church. Some suggest that Stephen chosen to wait on tables but then died a martyr's death was given the wrong job. How many people in our church here in Peterhead doing important but not fully recognised jobs should be doing a different task — the one that that God created for you?
The Wagner book has also some very thoughtful sections on subjects such as

Andy Renshaw, our minister, has designed a course based on this book to help each and every one of us become familiar with the role of the gifts in the church today and how they can be recognised which we publish here on this site.
